Negative Blood Type Diet

Blood type O negative is the most common and oldest blood group in world, which was discovered in humans many years ago. This blood group develops common personality factors in humans, having this blood group. Most of the people having this blood group may share same personality factors such as goal oriented, energetic, focused etc. The person having this type of blood group is required to follow a proper diet, to remain healthy and maintain his personality.

People of blood type O negative are carnivores actually, that completes their diet with high protein foods such as red meat, vegetables and fruits. To maintain the health of their digestion system, leafy vegetables like broccoli, spinach greens are required. Vegetables like onion, turnip and okra, and fruits like plum, pears, figs and berries are also included in diet plan of negative type blood group people. These types of food and eatables are necessary for this blood group, so that problems like stomach lining, ulcers could be reduced.

Organic food like organic meat, organic chicken meat and turkey are also suggested to reduce the risk of thyroid as chances of thyroid formation in this blood group is common. Person having this type of blood group should also focus on saltwater food resources which includes saltwater fish including haddock, tilapia and salmon and saltwater vegetable also. It is better to follow a negative blood type diet to maintain sound health.

Normally negative blood type diet help people to have a strong digestive system, but then also they have to avoid some particular foods and eatables like dairy products and foods containing carbohydrates because these can cause hormonal disorder, inflammation gastric problems etc. In grains, white flour, corn, kidney beans could create problem of weight gain, indigestion etc. Vegetables like cabbage, sprouts, cauliflower and other brassica vegetables should be avoided completely to get rid of from the fear of thyroid. Potatoes and other nightshade vegetables are also should be avoided because they could cause arthritis.

As negative blood group type people are mainly carnivores and negative type blood diet is made up of a bulk of red meat, fruits and vegetables, it shows that they can eat food of any type but on the same time, they cannot tolerate the wheat products at all. Even they have to care about that thenon vegetarian products they are consuming should be of good quality and does not have any of the infection in itself. As we know that, some of the serious diseases such as bird flu etc. are due to eating meat of chicken. So, one should check before eating meat that the quality of food is up to the mark.

People following diet plan in comparison to other who do not follow any diet chart are healthier and fit as they avoid harmful substances and often consumes foods which provide them with energy, fitness and no fat.
