cell. Only according to the type of antigens in the plasma of blood,
blood types are decided. O type blood have no antigen but it have
antibodies anti-A and anti-B.
People those have O positive blood group pursue stomach acid, which
is very strong and respective digestive enzymes. Thus, they can
metabolize everything. In O type people, some diets are especially
responsible for weight gain. So, one should avoid them.
Like dairy products (cheese, butter, yogurt etc.). Wheat and its
products: it has gluten, which slow down the metabolic rate by
interfering with insulin. Legumes and beans contain lectins, which get
collected in the tissues of muscle. Cauliflower, mustard and cabbage:
reduce metabolic rate but also inhibit thyroid problems.
Blood group of a person decides the eating habits of a person and
also, allergies, body metabolism, and other physical condition. The O
positive blood type diet prevents various diseases and also helps
avoiding infections. That is why reason people with O positive blood
are suggested to consume seafood and meat on a large extent. Keep in
mind that low carbohydrate and high protein foods are to be taken as O
positive blood type diet.
If a person is following a particular diet, it is necessary to know
what he eat, which helps to raise the metabolism and keep the
unnecessary carvings stay off. If one follows, few things that they
can snack on are fresh fruit juice, fruits such as banana, pears, fig
etc., and vegetable soup (spinach, celery, cabbage and cucumbers).
Partially changing the daily food habits does not give any benefit

be genuine with diet. In O positive blood type diet, one must follow
rigorous cardiovascular exercise with proper diet. Another good
option for maintain sound health is aerobics. If one tries aerobics
along with proper diet, it will make him healthier as well energetic.
And at last chocolates and processed foods can also be consumed but
occasionally.
